When Usagi went home she found the girl there claiming to be her cousin. She had even conjured up pictures of her being with Usagi’s family! They called her Chibiusa (much to her displeasure). Chibiusa eventually got a spanking at the end of that episode (it was hilarious ^_^) which caused her to release that moon beam of energy which attracted Cooan’s attention who then tried to kill Chibiusa. Sailormoon of course, saved her.

The series goes on and Chibiusa keeps getting attacked by the Black Moon clan. The senshi are always there to save her though. She eventually tells the senshi that she is from the future and she needed the ginzuishou to help her mother. After a while, the Sailor Senshi travel to the future with Chibiusa to the desolate Crystal Tokyo. After seeing Sailormoon unable to wake her mother, Chibiusa runs off and is captured by Wiseman. He infuses her with negative energy and twists all of her memories around which causes her to morph into the hateful Black Lady. Brainwashed, Black Lady was trapped in a world where she thought no one liked or loved her. She refused to listen to Sailormoon and thought she was acting on her own free will. She refused to believe that she had been brainwashed by Wiseman. To restore Chibiusa to normal, Usagi had to change into Neo-Queen Serenity and using, the powers of her ginzuishou, she showed Chibiusa that everyone did love her and that she was not alone. Then realizing the trouble that Usagi was having with the Wiseman was all her fault, Chibiusa began to cry and the ginzuishou of the future was revealed in her tear. She realized then that the crystal had merged with her when she took it from her mother’s room. In an instant she decided to use her ginzuishou to help Usagi combat the Wiseman. Throwing all caution aside, Chibiusa morphed into her princess form and together with Usagi and the other senshi, they destroyed Wiseman. After the battle, Chibiusa returned with the senshi to the past where she said good-bye. She returned to the future where her mother, father and the senshi were waiting for her and the series ends with Chibiusa crying in her mother’s arms. ^_~

Chibiusa returns in the Super series to begin her training as a sailor senshi, Sailor Chibimoon. Chibimoon’s attacks are not very powerful (when they actually work) but are useful for providing a distraction. Neo-Queen Serenity told Chibiusa to make friends around her own age and she found Hotaru! It is during this season that you see just how dedicated Chibiusa is to her friends (just like Usagi) and she would give her life to protect her friends. Chibiusa’s positive influence on Hotaru helped her to defeat the evil that was inside her. Chibiusa almost returned to the future at the end of this series, but she saw that Sailormoon and the other senshi were having trouble so she decided to return. ^_^

The SuperS series was centered all on Chibiusa. A mysterious Pegasus appears and he begins to help the senshi by giving them power-ups and such. The Pegasus eventually reveals himself to be a young man named Elios and surprise; Chibiusa fell in love with him! The Dead Moon Circus was trying to capture the Pegasus because they wanted the Golden Crystal that was disguised as Pegasus’ horn. They eventually discover that Pegasus was hiding inside of Chibiusa’s dream mirror. This causes the circus to capture Chibimoon and force Pegasus out of her mirror. Neherenia steals the Golden Crystal, which is stolen from her by the mischievous Amazoness Quartet, and replaced by a pineapple. ^_^ Chibimoon prays to the people of earth to call out “Moon Crisis Power!” and it released the power of their dreams, which in turn activated the Golden Crystal. Neherenia then took an unconscious Chibimoon to the top of the circus tent (which was rising in the sky), and Sailormoon followed. At the top, Neherenia threw Chibimoon off and of course Sailormoon jumped off after her. She eventually caught up to Chibimoon and Chibi finally woke up. Pegasus saved them both by giving them wings and they touched ground safely. ^_^ Soon after Elios said goodbye and left. Chibiusa cried, but she knew that she would see him again in the future sometime.

Chibiusa wasn’t in the Sailor Star series for very long. She only appeared in the Neherenia Arc. She ended up fading away because Neherenia had stolen Mamoru, and she can’t exist if he’s gone so she faded away slowly. Her last words were “Usagi, you’re warm.” And then she faded away in a burst of lights (so sad! ;_;). BUT, she returned when Mamoru returned to normal. (Hooray!) and she helped with the other senshi to heal Neherenia and Neherenia got a new chance to start over. ^_^ And that was basically the end of Chibiusa’s appearance in BSSM.

Although in the manga, Chibiusa returned from the future once again to help Sailormoon in her fight against Galaxia. She returned with her senshi, the Asteroid senshi (former Amazoness Quartet). She had a new attack called the Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss. She eventually faded away though, when Mamoru was pushed into the Galaxy Cauldron. You see her again, briefly, when she tells Usagi that she’ll be waiting for her in the 30th century. ^_^
