Neo Queen Serenity is the ruler of the 30th century Crystal Tokyo and the mother of Usagi Small Lady Serenity, or Chibiusa for short. ^_^ Neo Queen is also the future self of present day Tsukino Usagi. We don't see much of the queen in the anime series, but what we do see of her tells us that she is very mature. She sends letters back to Usagi telling her to study and to work hard on her school work. ^_^ But it seems that the queen is unable to write in kanji. *giggle* Crystal Tokyo is a utopian city created by the Queen. It was revealed that Usagi ascended the throne on her 23rd birthday and unfroze the people of earth who were suspended into a deep sleep. Using the ginzuishou, she cleansed everyone but as always, there were a few that refused and they rebelled against the queen. She then banished them to the planet of Nemesis and they were the start of the Black Moon Clan. One day, Chibiusa took the ginzuishou and the Queen panicked and ran outside where she was attacked by Prince Demando. For protection, she was sealed in crystal where she did not awaken till the very end of the R series. They were not even sure if she was alive or dead. In the manga, Neo Queen Serenity gave Usagi and the inner senshi their power ups, and a happy Chibiusa returned to the future only to return like 5 minutes later with a note from her mother saying that her daughter needed to be trained. ^_^ In the anime, the Queen sent Chibiusa back to the past in the middle of the Super series and told her to make friends because it would be the start of something important.
